Hey it's me again. I'm now at the final lap of my junior year, and getting ready for my senior year. Since the last time I've updated my 'About Me' a lot has changed. I've started volunteering at a nursing home on the weekends, I've turned 16, and I've started to look at colleges. These changes in my life have impacted me so much because I've become much more independent, and way more responsible. I feel like I've grown up so much since my freshman year, and have made wiser decisions.
Since Spring Break of 2014, I've visited 4 colleges; Howard University, Georgetown University, George Washington University, and Stonybrook University. Of these four colleges, my first choice is Howard which is an HBCU (historically black college/university). My tour there was something I will never forget because it felt like home. When I go to college, I plan on majoring in journalism/media communications because I love to write and I love to entertain.
